I’m day 28 of the weight loss program. Yesterday I worked late and didn’t do a thought download, I have decided only a handful of times not to follow my protocol in those 28 days.
Today I decided to have 5 pretzels off my protocol and now at work tonight I’m having more food chatter than ever. I feel like things were easy at first and now I’m allowing exceptions too often…
