Square peg into a circle space?


Much of the coaching I hear on the classes (others being coached) seems to tell people to believe a square peg is a different shape so that it fits, even if the space is differently shaped.

Example:

A guy needs to wake up at 6 to fit in all that is scheduled.
– guy wakes at 8 then is not able to get stuff done.
Coaching focuses on his thoughts? Not his scheduling?
Iā€™m confused why we need to focus on thoughts?
