Hi Brooke! Reviewing my October homework I felt saddened to recognize that for many years I have been getting the same results in core areas I care about – career/contribution (stagnant) marriage and parenting (struggling) self care (starts and stops). I want to change and would love your advice. Should I be doing reverse models to find the thought in each area? Using constraint is there 1 area I should tackle first, before moving on to the next? Could there be 1 thought holding me back across all areas? I would so value your thoughts!
