Hi Brooke, I can’t wait till next stop overeating call to ask my Q. I have been on protocol since mid Feb. Lost 9 kg but stagnant on 65kg . The numbers vary between 64.8 and 65.8kg for nearly a month. Always IF two meals no flour sugar. Protein and salad or veg both meals + fruit with yoghurt or tabs cream at night. I was aiming for 62kg. I am 5ft 1in 69 yrs. This happens I know but frustrating. What can be changed to keep losing. Drop the fruit maybe? Can’t think what else. Elimination problems all the way through. I am consulting my GP about that.
