How would you suggest doing a model around work assignments if I’m a boss or I depend on colleagues for work?
One of the members of my team does not do work to the standard of our company. I know I am judging her work and her, but the work she is providing is insufficient to what our company produces. In particular, she does not creates images and designs to the standard that the rest of the team does. I know I get to decide what I think about this, and thinking about it as “she isn’t doing this good enough” doesn’t seem like it would serve me, but what does one do here? She doesn’t produce the right quality of work, and me changing my mind about it also doesn’t seem to help the company.
