I work at Starbucks and wanted to let you and everyone in your stop over eating program know that almost everything outside of regular milk, coffee, green and black tea. Everything else has added sugar to it. Whip cream, the white teas, almond milk, coconut milk, soya milk, match, chai latte syrup, etc etc. I’ve worked in a lot of cafes and most almond and soya milk people use is the same and does contain sugar as well.

I thought it would be good to know if people are wanting to stay away from sugar.
