Start day on track

I have been through the teaching videos on weight loss 2 times, love them. I have my protocol. I basically understand the mind game issues as it applies to weight loss but I just can’t seem to dive all in. I have reasons that should be compelling enough. I want to want to get started. I know once I dive in and see that it is not as hard as I think it is, I will be on my way to the loss I want. I have a nagging thought that to loose weight I must be hungry all the time.
I am looking for a/several videos or blogs I can listen to in the morning to get my thinking straightened out for the day. More motivational rather than educational. Any suggestions?
