I woke up this morning and I immediately thought “I shouldn’t have eaten all that food last night” and I already don’t want to get out of bed, start my day, etc. I know it’s not useful to beat myself up and dwell on the thought but how do I subtly nudge my thoughts in a more loving way? Even on the weekends, my brain goes to “You shouldn’t have done that. You shouldn’t have drank that much.”
