Starting over

I have had weight loss success using the skills I have learned in this program. I felt that I was that future version of myself in a naturally thin body and I felt amazing. And free. I’m finding though that I have slipped back into old habits and of course the weight is starting to come back. I know returning to what I know has worked before is simple, but I’m finding it to not be simple, especially since my desires for flour and sugar are back since I have started eating it again. I’m having the thought that the old me is always going to be there and I am going to be the 99% who loses weight and gains in back. For a second I thought I was the the 1% and an example of what was possible. I’m just having trouble getting out of this spin to begin again.
