I’ve been in Scholars for two months and have watched quite a few of the modules and done a few workbooks. I’ve tried joining in on “Shed 8 pounds” and on “Monday Hour One” but haven’t stuck to either approach. I’ve been doing the counseling calls as well. But I’m not actually significantly changing my thinking or habits.
How can I make this program more effective for myself? It is pretty expensive for me right now and I’d like to make some progress in weight loss and career goals this month.
