How to stay on the path to change when doubt and people are mad at you and your “attempting change again.”

I have been on the weight loss passive action and occasional self hate massive action bandwagon for a long time. However I have been doing your overeating workshop for a few days and implementing changes as I am ready and done with hiding from my negative feelings. I previously loved making commitments and climbing out of the river of misery before I really changed but now that I see what’s needed to get to where I want to go I am in.

How do I deal with those who have heard I am changing before and are beyond frustrated and mad with my journey. The I know you and you will just do XYZ, I have heard it all before…. the naysayers.
