I have been following Brooke regarding buffering, and I tend to eat emotionally. I have a food protocol that I want to follow, but I don’t keep that commitment to myself even though I know what to eat to get results.
In every other area in life, such as keeping my word to workout, friends/family, finances, etc., I follow through, except to follow my meal protocol.
Any other thoughts or tips would you suggest assisting in following through other than using the “Pause” “Urge Jar” because those have not been working either.
It’s definitely my thoughts that keep throwing me off.
