I recently came down with the stomach flu and found it very difficult to stick to no sugar and no flour during this time. I ended up drinking water and some fruit juice, as well as eating crackers, toast and chicken noodle soup until I felt able to stomach foods that were on my protocol. I definitely felt the sugar and flour withdrawal symptoms the next day and want to stay true to my protocol the next time I’m sick. What kind of foods do you recommend to eat? Thanks
