Staying with a feeling, Indulging, Buffering

Would you please recommend for me materials on:

I watched today Brooke being coached by Bev on feelings. That session was a fantastic experience. I am used to coaching, where the coach goes directly to the thought that caused the feeling. I usually have extreme bodily feelings, and hearing Brooke talk about the feeling and staying there was beneficial. Are there other similar sessions that I can watch that don’t go directly to the thought behind the feeling?

I also want to learn more about Indulging and Buffering.
