stevia and artificial sweeteners, especially in drinks


Hello! I am drinking stevia sweetened tea or other artificially sweetened drinks throughout the day. As I often experience binge/overeating urges I considered testing if those drinks have an impact on my cravings/urges. For how long do you think I should abstain from artificially sweetened drinks to find out if they have an influence on my cravings/urges? Will I have to go through the “river of misery”? If yes, how long will that last? Could you recommend some videos or other stuff on that topic? Thanks in advance!
