Sticking to a workout schedule


I regularly talk myself out of working out at all. I would love feedback on my models:

Unintentional
C – spinning 5x per week
T- I’m bad at it
F – disappointment
A – I stop working out
R – I don’t build my endurance for working out, I don’t lose weight

Intentional
C – spinning 5x per week
T- I’ll get better with practice
F – competitive/curious
A – I workout according to the schedule I set
R – I build my endurance for working out, I lose weight, I become healthier
