Sticking to my plan


Hello, I have learned so much for the podcast and SCS. I spend time listening to the information, writing notes, etc. but then I go about my day and live a lot of it on autopilot. How do I take what I am learning and keep it in the forefront of my mind every day? How do I intentionally keep the thoughts I want to think on purpose in my conscious mind instead of reverting back to my well worn gooved unintentional thoughts?
