Sticking to my protocol and still enjoying food (too much?)


I’m fat-adapted, lost 17 lbs, and sticking to my protocol. I do a 6-hour eating window and I find myself really enjoying my two meals every day. I love my breakfast eggs and avocado, I look forward to my big salad for dinner. I’m not hungry between meals and still losing weight. Everything seems good but I still really, really enjoy my meals.

My question is: Am I enjoying food too much? Should my meals be more boring and tasteless? Or is the enjoyment of this food just my new normal and perfectly OK? I don’t want to continue craving food, I don’t think that’s what’s happening. I may be buffering a little? I’m just not really sure if I need to change my thoughts or feelings around this.
