sticking to one thing.

I am brand new to scholars this month. I originally joined to help me to quit smoking. I am using how to create a new thought for help with this issue. I do well somedays but most days I choose to smoke rather than deal with the issues in my life I have created by avoidance through smoking. I have been married for twenty two years and when I stop smoking I find I don’t really like my husband very much and I have known this since I got married so fear drives me right back to smoking. Is there anything else you might suggest I use to quit?
