Sticking to protocol but not loosing very much weight (NR) resubmission, there wasn’t an answer in the reply


Hi Brooke,

I started your overeating program back in January, and I have only lost 11 lbs, which feels good but I’m surprised I’m not losing more, and I’ve plateaued for about a month. Here are the details of my protocol,

I fast for 18 hours: 6:00 p.m.-12:00 p.m.
At noon I eat around two cups of veggies, 2-3 tbs of fat and 4-6 oz of protein
Around 6:00 I’ll have a few celery sticks with peanut butter, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese or 4 oz. of meat, and 1 cup of spinach with some 1-2 tbs. of garlic butter
1-2 cans of diet coke every day
one small exception every week
lots of water every day

I’m 67 years old and also on a thyroid medication
My protocol feels very comfortable. I occasionally feel a little light headed in the morning. It just feels like my body won’t let go of the weight for some reason. Does my age affect this? Thoughts?
