Still buffering


I get all of this incredible info regarding stopping buffering.. with food, with retail therapy, etc… Just wondering what is a realistic time frame for expecting this change if I do the work regularly? I am most aware, more so than before.. But the desire still lingers and tends to challenge me still….its a little better , but…..I have a lifelong issue with food and buffering and avoiding my feelings… and weight
