Still having a hard time with the R line

Hi there! I find myself struggling to identify my R line frequently. I have been trying to flesh out my A line as much as possible to get there, but then I often find that I can’t connect my R with my T.

Here is an example:

C: Son crying loudly
T: He shouldn’t be yelling and screaming
F: Angry
A: Yell at him, think unkind thoughts about him, judge myself for these things, lose control, walk away
R: Disconnecting from son and myself as a mother

I think I like the R that I have come up with, but I can’t make a good connection with my T.
