I ate off protocol tonight and see myself falling back into a pattern of buffering with food, so even though I’m doing thought downloads and daily models – I can’t seem to get to what the results are in the R line for this behavior that makes sense with the thought:
C – Ate food not on protocol
T – I’m super hungry because I really hustled today
F – Entitled *(but maybe this should be deprived – or do this feeling in a separate model?)
A – Overeat burgers, don’t log food beforehand in protocol, don’t pay attention to hunger scale, add butter, don’t count calories, get nauseous
R – I create ______________________?
