I eat mostly no flour, no sugar, no processed foods. But I still eat too much and it is showing on the scale. I was able to lose my last 8 lbs a few months ago, but they all came back and I am discouraged.
I know what to do, but I can’t seem to get the right mindset and action back.
I have evidence that I can do it if I put my mind to it. Is the brain resisting because it knows what kind of work it took mentally to get there?
How do we get results and sustain?
