I am 7 weeks in and 15 pounds down. Halfway there.
I only eat two meals on protocol, lunch, and dinner.
Plenty of protein and fat. No flour, no sugar.
Starving every single morning leading up to lunch. Starving. Growling stomach starving. Worse around my period.
Every day, I have told myself to eat the fat off my body in the most loving way.
Any tips? I hoped I would feel this ‘fat adaption’ I’ve heard so much about by now.
