Stop consuming Brooke :)

Hello! I have listened to Brooke’s podcast for a few years and finally took the plunge to join SCS. I love it! I love it so much that I find myself consuming everything Brooke says and I don’t spend time applying it to my own life. Do you have any tips for regularly practicing what she teaches instead of just listening to her constantly? Some thoughts I have are doing a model (or 10) every morning, doing a thought download and picking a few thoughts to run through the model, etc. These sound like great ideas to me but the other part of my brain keeps telling me I’m doing it wrong and it’s a waste of time, and I should just go back and listen to Brooke. Help! Also, in order to change a thought I have picked one thought and run it through the model, and then changed that thought and put it through the model again, and then I write down that new thought and try to read it throughout the day. Do you have any other suggestions for how to massively change my thinking?

I am such a details person and I am feeling a little paralysis analysis around incorporating the “work” into my life. I have scheduled time every morning to do this work but I would love some guidance on how to incorporate her work into actual work in my own life and not just listening to her all the time (although I adore her and could listen on repeat!).

Thank you so much for your time!
