Since the pandemic sent me home to work, I’ve been struggling to not hate my job. My boss insists our entire team is on Microsoft Teams video chat all day, in case he has a “question”, but ends up micromanaging and creating conflict. I am one of 2 assistant managers within the department, and both of us hear from our staff their displeasure, and share our own. I have spoken to my boss, who insists our dynamic will change and is unwilling to shift to any other option. I love what I do, I like my team, but my bosses behavior and demands have me miserable
