How to stop “I’ll start when X” delusional thinking?


Hi Brooke …. I’ve noticed that one area of my thinking that holds me back is that I always tell myself that there is a better date in the future to start something. For example, right now, I’m waiting to hear if I’ll be changing roles at my company and I keep telling myself I can’t really ‘start’ any of my goals until I have that area in my life figured out … and I’ll be less stressed, therefore able to really focus on other areas of my life. Well – I know that is all crap … but I can’t seem to get myself out of the thought loop of stop future thinking and start doing NOW. Help!
