This spring I will be attending the Life Coach School to do training to become a coach. I am also part of scholars. I look so much forward to learn about everything and start up with a new way of working when I come home.
I have been following intermittent fasting for almost three months, lost 6 kilos and think this is great. I live in Norway and until today I havent seen anything that works this easy for weightloss. I am a nutritionist and coach and have tried a few things.
Please help me understand how these two consept can be so much alike and what it is that is different with them.
