Hi Brooke, I have, since starting with scholars in January, made incredible changes. I orrigionally joined for the stop over drinking program, which, I am happy to say worked amazing (61 days today with no alcohol). I am though, struggeling with the stop over eating. It is as if my motivation is not as strong. I need to loose about 15kg, and I do the work but am not sticking to my protocol. It is as if, I focused so hard on the stop overdrinking part, that I am now so relieved that I could do it, that I “almost feel as if I am on holiday” if that makes sense at all. How do I get motivated and work through this “holiday” feeling? Thank you.
