Listening to the overdrinking calls (I don’t drink but I overeat) and wondering if my difficulty following my protocol beautifully is because I went from overeating daily and snacking daily to intermittent fasting, no sugar/flour, no snacking. Should I take a step back and at least plan the overeating? I can do well with no sugar/flour but I’m finding myself really white knuckling the portion sizes. I am practicing allowing urges but thinking I need to be perfect and not give into an urge or even not to plan any overeating.
