Stop Overeating Course Video #5


I was watching the stop overeating course the second time around (after I lost all the extra weight and gained most of it back) and I am confused about Brooke’s message.
On video #5 she makes the point how dude in the basement on Tuesdays is not the answer but rather complete restriction.
Then in recent videos she encourages us to do exception meals each week or even a whole day.
It is because I allowed exceptions that all my desire got back and now I need to deal with it all over again.
Her video advice is not aligned with the newest advice. Why is that?
