Stop Overeating – Plan for Daily Self-Coaching Time

I’m going back to the beginning. I am focusing solely on Stop Overeating program in April, as I received access to the awesome masterclass to supplement the original asset. Yesterday, I wrote out my protocol and completed a Write It Down & Move On Worksheet. Daily, how should I structure my self-coaching to focus on this program 100%? My thoughts are to assess how I did regarding protocol today, journal food, write out plan for tomorrow, buy/prepare what I need, thought download, and unintentional/intentional thought models. I can also fit in a day of March’s homework if I have time. What am I missing? Thanks.
