Hi Brook! Ive been doing really well on my commitment to my protocol. I’ve lost 8 lbs since the beginning of the year. However, I noticed my weight has already plateaued this week. My protocol is to eat from 12p-8p, but since I started a new job 10 days ago, I’ve been breaking my fast by about 5 hours with coffee and heavy whipping cream. However, I dont have my first meal until 12p. I’ve been eating sandwiches with Ezekiel bread for lunch, and my water intake has decreased since I’ve been so caught up in learning my new job.
I love the progress I’ve made so far. I would like to know what adjustments I can make without giving up coffee at 7 AM. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. I appreciate all your (Brooke and Team) hard work!
