Hi! I’ve watched all of the videos from Stop Overeating workshop. AMAZING! I want to get started and I think the first step is No Sugar, No Flour. I’m in. I don’t feel completely clear on what the steps are. Step 1: NSNF (how long before we make a protocol?) I think I heard 6 weeks? Or do I start with a protocol? Is there a step by step guide? I’ve looked through the workbook, but didn’t see a guide. Trying not to indulge in confusion, so want to clear up my questions right away. Thank you!!!
