Hello friends, I am currently working through stop overeating workbook and would like some additional insight on page 34 Q.7. I asked my self, if I did know the answer what would I guess… and I’m still a little lost. The only thing I can come up with is that it is abnormal not to eat whole foods. Sugar and flour are not whole foods. But then my brain is like… honey and maple syrup are processed by nature so that’s normal. Would love if you could through an example out there for me 🙏🏻.
