Stop tolerating vs changing the circumstances

Hi coaches, Brooke’s latest podcast resonated with me. She discussed tolerating ”something in your life that isn’t great, something in your life that doesn’t really work, something in your life that you want to change.”

I’ve been in scholars for 2 years and have worked hard at changing my thoughts vs changing my circumstances, but there are aspects of my life I still feel dissatisfied with.

How do I differentiate between changing the C and not tolerating?

I think this is an important one for me. I want to make some changes but have always thought I’m doing it to feel better so I should stay where I am. Thank you!
