How do I stop myself at the feeling line and not let it affect my action/inaction.
For example, there are thoughts that make me feel frustrated, bored, worry, scared, nervous, defeated and disappointed.
Those feelings often don’t lead to the action or result I want. I am okay with the feeling the feelings, but I don’t want it to affect my productivity in business or I don’t want to be procrastinating or taking action that I don’t want to from the feelings from my unintentional model.
