Strategies for addressing unintentional thoughts during the work day


I spend 8 hours of my day Monday to Friday at work, and all day I continue to have unintentional thoughts come up that I want to do the model on, but because I’m at work I can’t just stop and do some models on the unintentional thoughts. What are some strategies for how to work on my unintentional thoughts that keep coming up throughout the day when I am unable to immediately turn my attention to or focus on doing unintentional/intentional models?
