I am working on the “year of doing the impossible” workbook .
I have identified the bulk of my obstacles and they are thoughts.
Here are a few:
I don’t want to make that much money because then I will be to greedy
The pursuit of money is of the devil
I am just a stay at home mom
I don’t want to tell anyone in case I don’t do it and I fail
One of my strategizing ideas is to write out each of these thoughts in a model so I can identify the feeling and allow myself to process that feeling in the moment. Also write an intentional model so I direct my brain intentionally when these thoughts surface.
What other strategies would you suggest?
