Strengthen new identity

Hi there, I’m currently thinking a lot of opposite thoughts that both feel true to me.

For example:
– I don’t have any ideas for my upcoming training. / I know exactly what to teach in my upcoming training.
– I’m missing breakfast. / I’m not missing anything without breakfast.
– I need a break from all of this. / I want to dive deeper into all of this.

I’m looking for a way to reduce feeling weird, confused, lost during this mind shift.
How can I strengthen my new identity?
