I got an email this morning from my boss and I it made me feel upset. I didn’t resist the emotion and I am now trying to model my response but I feel a little loss because my result in the UTM’s doesn’t reinforce the thoughts.

The final outcome was that I am cleared to use the software. Such a relief! I feel such an ’emotional swing’ currently that I am still tempted to buffer to cushion this oscillation in emotions. I guess this deserves a model too
