Stressed about work models


Hi, would love feedback on this work.

I was thinking that I was stressed because I am going away out of town tonight and I have work to get done. I don’t want to take my laptop with me or worry about work while I’m away. I want to get everything done by 4 PM so I can leave to catch our flight.

UM:

T: I feel stressed because we go away today

A: try to work through the stress
R: I believe my work is making me feel stressed.

T: I feel stressed because of my thoughts

A: find the thoughts causing the stress
R: I create the experience of being the creator of my feelings and my experience of my work. I bring the power inside.

other intentional thoughts
Whether I feel stressed and overwhelmed is up to me.
Whether I get my work done or not is up to me.
Whether I take my laptop on vacation or not is up to me.
There will always be work to be done.
I heard somewhere that most people have 40 hours of work in their queue.
Whether I feel bad about that or not is up to me.
It might be possible that I can allow that to be a thing and not make it mean something terrible about myself.
I get to choose how I feel while I’m working.
I want to feel calm and confident.

F: calm
A: get my work done early with enough time to get a couple extra tasks done?
R: I prove that I always had more than enough time to get the 3 things done

This can be fun and easy.
I can do this.
I’m going to do a great job today.
