Stretch Goals


Hello! I just listened to the Ease or Evolve podcast and was wondering if you can set a stretch goal for weight loss that is number related or if that would promote unhealthy massive action? For example, my stretch goal would be to lose 40lbs by mid July and 80lbs by the end of 2019. Now, I am not one to move toward disordered eating with weight loss (never anorexic or bulemic) but I am currently working on changing my beliefs about food and have instituted an IF and ketogenic lifestyle adjustment. If I am aware of my thoughts and remain committed to massive action toward these goals are they too aggressive?
