Struggling with commitment and follow through

Good morning,

I find myself always justifying or putting off the day that I am “going to start”. When I do a model on the situation this is the most recent fail.
C – Ate Carls Jr this morning
T – I can start tomorrow with my protocol
F- Justified
A-Ate Carls Jr
R-Weight gain

Can you help me with this model? It doesn’t seem like the R is matching up to the T to prove the thought.
