Struggling to disconnect from work day


Hello,

I’ve been working on going to bed earlier which is vitally important for me because of having a baby in just under 2 months and needing to save my powers for that period, but I’m not able to do this just yet due to struggling to disconnect from my work day and all the overactive thoughts I’m constantly having. And I need help understanding how I can break this habit.
