I noticed that with a lot of things that I want or goals that I have, I tend to give a time that I want it by. I have this thought that “sooner/faster is better” and I’d like to replace it to be more neutral about when I get results, but I’m not sure how to go about replacing that thought or truly believing it. I also cannot really figure out where the thought “sooner is better” is coming from, as when I look into my brain I don’t know where it’s coming from, so I don’t know how to address it.
