Prior to the spring I had big plans and dreams to grow my coaching business. I was taking some action, but not massive action. Long story short, I feel like I’ve lost motivation for my business and have been buffering with food, alcohol, distractions that I know are not helping me to get the results that I want. I think the drinking may even be exacerbating my anxiety but I’m finding it tough to get motivated to get back on track with my business and health goals.
