Dear Brooke,
This morning my model started with a thought. It was “I’m a crazy and cruel mother”. Since I know I need to work “down” the model I then wrote for “F” “Out of control, hopeless”. I did not have any “A” or “R” for this feeling yet – it was first thing in the am, kids were still asleep, etc. It was just a thought based on my action in past. How would I complete the model??
