Stuck in my thougths


I have just started to understand how I create my own feelings and results based on my thoughts. However, I seem to be stuck here and feel helpless. Can you help me with this model:

C: Life.
T: I’m stuck in my thinking and I’m not able to change my negative thoughts the way other people can.
F: Hopeless.
A: Keep thinking negative.
R: Stuck in negative thinking.

It’s like I understand intellectually that I create my thoughts but I don’t know how.
